Diageo were seeking to create a standardised work setting across their global portfolio of offices. In order to achieve this, they were looking to significantly improve the planning, design and communication tools that define and describe the standards by making the information more accessible and easier to use and to drive the benefits of their new Workplace vision.
After the successful launch of the communications portal and design guide, Diageo have rolled out further platform features with added real estate data integration. The platform provides a “toolkit” for planning, implementing and executing a Diageo workplace and is a resource and referencing guide for work partners, service providers, and vendors.
Metrics and performance indicators are both gathered and shared via the platform.
The platform supports the global CRES team with delivering the next generation Diageo workplace, being the primary online resource for workplace-related activity and central hub for disparate real estate data sets. Content and measures are constantly adapting to support project delivery while building a dynamic set of global standards.
